I believe that every woman, no matter her past circumstances, has great value, potential & purpose. I offer coaching and mentorship to help women walk in freedom, identity, & purpose. As a sexual abuse survivors, I understand the challenges and difficulties of overcoming trauma. My heart is to offer others with similar backgrounds the love, support, encouragement and help they need to live a life full of hope, joy and peace .
What does coaching look like:
When you meet with me, I will guide you in the process of setting goals, creating a plan to meet your goals, self-evaluating your progress and overcoming obstacles. I will provide various faith based tools and resources to help you with your spiritual growth and development and support your through the sometimes difficult process of inner healing and overcoming past trauma.
Getting Started:
While the women I work with may have many common challenges, I recognize that no one approach or method meets the needs of everyone. I will work closely with you to develop a plan to meet your unique needs and goals.

What does it cost:
Coaching sessions are free to women who are in the process of recovering after sexual abuse, assault, trauma, and sexual exploitation.

Workshops
Being Remade partners with other ministries to provide workshops as a means to build missional community relationships and help individuals in becoming who God created them to be. Workshops are designed to bring an awareness to each participant of the freedom, identity and purpose available to them through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
